Save Dallas Water

The upgraded DallasGo is here! Register your profile today to manage your water account online! To get started, you will need your new account number and activation code, which can be found using the “Find Your New Account Number” tool on dallas.gov/DallasGo.

Once you have your new account number and activation code, click the “Register for DallasGo” button and then select “Sign up now” under the “Sign in” button to create your new profile. Watch a step-by-step video on how to register at bit.ly/DGtutorialENG or follow the steps below:

1) On the registration page, enter your first name, last name and choose a password.

2) Then enter an email address that you want associated with your new profile. To verify your email address, DallasGo will send a verification code to the email you provided. If the email doesn’t arrive in your inbox within 30 minutes, be sure to check your spam folder.

3) Copy the verification code from the email and enter it on the DallasGo registration screen.

4) Next, DallasGo will link your new profile to your water account. Enter the new account number and activation code that you obtained using the “Find Your New Account Number” tool.

5) Click “Create Profile” to complete your registration for DallasGo.
