Year to year comparison shows sales prices are down 3.4% to 4.7% Lower prices equal a buyers market. Now is a great time to buy a house in North Texas. 4 years ago we were in a sellers market. Buyers were paying more than a house would appraise for and paying the difference out of pocket. Now those buyers are upside down. This is a good opportunity let me know if I can help
