CyrusOne teams in London and Dallas, Texas, recently came together for conversations focused on mental health, empathy, and support in the workplace — a timely reminder during Mental Health Awareness Month that well-being should remain top of mind all year round.

In London, James Ford from JT Motiv joined our team for a Lunch and Learn, bringing an honest and practical perspective on mental health, addiction, and the realities that don't always get the airtime they deserve.

In Dallas, our colleague Jennifer Hess led “More Good Days, Together,” a session focused on increasing awareness, reducing stigma, and encouraging open, supportive conversations.

Together, these sessions reinforced how small, intentional actions, from the words we choose to the care we show, can help create more moments of balance, connection, and well-being for the people around us.

A beautiful day at the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden became an opportunity to give back, connect across teams, and support our local community. 🌱

Recently, CyrusOne employees came together for a volunteer afternoon focused on caring for one of Dallas’ most treasured spaces.

From planting azaleas to maintaining the gardens, the day reflected a shared commitment to environmental stewardship and to supporting the places where we live and work.

It also gave colleagues across teams the chance to step away from the day-to-day, build new connections, and spend meaningful time outdoors together.

Thank you to the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden for hosting us and creating an opportunity for our teams to contribute in a meaningful way.

Last month in Japan’s Kyoto region, nearly 80 volunteers came together in Seika Town with a shared goal: to clean up and breathe new life into the area surrounding CyrusOne’s Osaka, Japan data center (OSK1). 🌱

The effort was supported by our CyrusOne KEP team and The Kansai Electric Power co., inc. alongside neighboring businesses Suntory, STACK Infrastructure, NTT Global Data Centers, the Local Lions Club, and regional officials — including the Mayor of Seika Town, the Mayor of Minamiyamashiro Village, and former House of Representatives member Mr. Yamanoi — the day highlighted the power of community and collaboration.

Volunteers worked across the surrounding area, collecting and removing multiple truckloads of waste to help restore and maintain the local environment.

This is part of how we support our communities around our sites at CyrusOne - by showing up and contributing where it matters locally.

先月、京都府・精華町にて、約80名のボランティアが集まり、地域をきれいにし、より活気ある環境づくりにつなげるという共通の想いのもと、CyrusOneの大阪データセンター（OSK1）周辺エリアの清掃活動を行いました。🌱

本活動は、関西電力サイラスワンチームおよび関西電力（Kepco）をはじめ、サントリー、Stack、NTTデータといった近隣企業、地元ライオンズクラブ、さらに精華町長、南山城村長、前衆議院議員の山井氏など地域関係者の皆さまのご協力のもと実現しました。コミュニティと連携の力を改めて実感する一日となりました。

当日は周辺エリア一帯で清掃活動を行い、複数台分の廃棄物を回収・撤去し、地域環境の保全に貢献しました
CyrusOneでは、拠点のある地域社会に寄り添い、実際の行動を通じて貢献することを大切にしています。
