Toasted multigrain layered with avocado smash, cucumbers, ahi tuna, edamame, ginger soy sauce, pickled onions, jalapeños, scallions, toasted sesame seeds & a drizzle of sriracha aioli. Fresh, bold, and perfectly balanced.
🧀 FIG & PROSCIUTTO TOAST
Toasted sourdough with melted swiss and fontina, arugula, prosciutto, dried Turkish figs, red onions, crushed pistachios & balsamic glaze. Sweet, savory, and just a little indulgent.
🥥 COCO CLOUD MATCHA SMOOTHIE
Greek yogurt, matcha, collagen, pineapple, mango, banana, spinach, h**p seed, flax seed & coconut water. Creamy, tropical, and packed with feel-good ingredients.
