Q: What’s your favorite part of working in your department?

A: The flexibility to collaborate across the company. No two days look the same, and I’m constantly challenged to think differently and solve new problems.

A: I lean on collaboration. Some of my smartest colleagues bring unique perspectives, and when I’m stuck, working together often leads to innovative processes and solutions that push the company forward.

Q: What’s one Republic system or technology you’re particularly excited about and why?

A: Watching Republic air knives spread cinnamon roll frosting—it’s surprisingly exciting! Seeing our technology applied in real-world scenarios like that never gets old.

Q: What’s a fun fact about you or a hobby you enjoy outside of work?

A: I’m a voracious reader and a connoisseur of heavy metal. Whether it’s diving into a great book or discovering new bands, I always have something to explore.

A: Organization is key. Taking notes, setting reminders, and staying structured helps keep everything on track.
