Hiring Account Manager / Sales Associate

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role focuses on developing new business within the corporate, hospitality, and event sectors while nurturing existing partnerships. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, hospitality, or transportation, and a solid understanding of AI tools in communication, marketing and sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Quoting and Sales
Respond promptly and professionally to incoming quote requests through the company quoting system
Provide accurate pricing based on vehicle type, trip details, and service requirements
Follow up on outstanding quotes to convert opportunities into confirmed bookings
Identify upsell and cross sell opportunities across Premier's mixed fleet based on client needs
Reservations and Trip Coordination
Enter and manage reservations accurately in the reservation system
Confirm trip details with clients, including pickup times, locations, vehicle assignments, and special requests
Coordinate with dispatch and operations to ensure trip details are communicated clearly and executed without issues
Process changes, cancellations, and rebookings in line with company policy
Account Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing questions and concerns quickly
Conduct regular check ins with key accounts to understand evolving needs and identify growth opportunities
Monitor client satisfaction and proactively resolve service issues before they escalate
Maintain detailed and organized account records, including preferences, billing details, and trip history
Client Communication and Retention
Deliver a high level of professionalism and responsiveness in every client interaction
Follow up after trips to confirm satisfaction and gather feedback
Support client retention efforts through consistent, reliable communication
Represent Premier Transportation Services' reputation for excellence in every touchpoint

Qualifications
Prior experience in sales, account management, hospitality, or transportation preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working within a quoting and reservation system, with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast paced environment
Problem solving mindset with a client first approach
Reliable, organized, and self motivated
Strong knowledge of AI-driven marketing tools
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or Communications preferred.

Reservations are entered correctly and coordinated smoothly with operations

We are hiring! Client Services Representative at Premier Transportation in Dallas, TX. This is a full time in office role at our Dallas location.

Premier Transportation is one of the most recognized luxury ground transportation companies in the country. We have been serving DFW for nearly 30 years, earned the title of National Operator of the Year three times, and operate one of the largest mixed fleet in North Texas. We take pride in what we do and we are looking for someone who does too.

This is a full time in office role at our Dallas location. You will be the voice of Premier, fielding inbound calls and emails and booking transportation solutions that exceed client expectations. You will build real relationships, think on your feet, and help make every client experience seamless from first call to final drop off.
We are looking for someone who genuinely loves people, stays cool under pressure, and brings great energy to a fast paced environment. Strong communication skills are a must. Tech comfort with computers and phones is essential. Experience in transportation, events, hospitality, or customer service is a big plus. Knowledge of the DFW Metroplex is helpful. Schedule flexibility is valued.
