“For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven” the time has come for me to hang up my teaching shoes and focus on elevating the incredible instructors we have on our Jam Box roster. For more than 12 years my soul has been feed by the hundreds of students I have had the honor of teaching. This was never MY plan but definitely GODS plan. The friendships and extended family run deep. My class has often been my therapy , my comedy show , my whatever i needed for that day. I have 6 classes before the final beat and I plan to enjoy every moment. My LAST DANCE will be Tuesday Jan 2. Followed by Complimentary Tacos & Rita’s. I would love to see everyone from my first class in Desoto , to Beamers nightclub , to Fit Body Bootcamp Mckinney and everything in between.
