🔍 Role Overview
We are seeking a CIC-certified Registered Nurse (RN) to join a healthcare facility as an Infection Prevention Coordinator. This role plays a critical part in maintaining hospital infection control standards, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.

🩺 Key Responsibilities
✔ Support implementation and continuous improvement of the Infection Control Program
✔ Collect, analyze, and report infection prevention data
✔ Identify infection trends and quality improvement opportunities
✔ Collaborate with medical staff and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
✔ Coordinate infection prevention initiatives and education
✔ Ensure compliance with CDC, CMS, and Joint Commission standards
✔ Maintain strict confidentiality and accurate documentation

🎓 Required Qualifications
✅ Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field
✅ Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
✅ CIC – Certification in Infection Control (Mandatory)
✅ Minimum 2+ years of Infection Prevention / Infection Control experience
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
