When Kay Agnew created Margaux’s in the 1980′s, Dallas had only bad Mexican food and expensive French food. Margaux’s, actually named after her lovely daughter, Margaux, became a dining institution and tradition for over two decades. Margaux’s is now reborn as Bridge Bistro.
