changing the game. This tool has been sparked some awesome conversation with my girls in the first week we’ve been working with it.... talking load, launch, muscle firing, how to be “hip driven”, all the things. Worth every penny and shout out to for being so awesome and knowledgeable. This is just the spark we needed to go into our short offseason and WORK.

The subtlest of movements can often make the greatest impact in a pitchers speed and efficiency. Notice how the distance between the ball and front knee gets longer at her push, a small movement that makes all the difference in her timing. This movement will help to bring her leg drive and arm circle together, resulting in a quicker arm and greater use of ground force at her plant. In delaying her arm circle in her launch, she speeds up the arm to sync with her body through her finish, amazing.
