What does it mean to age well? Last month, our community came together to explore that very question at the Aging Well: How to Live Better, Longer luncheon.

From nutrition to movement to the importance of staying socially connected, the conversation reinforced that healthy aging begins with small intentional steps that can make a lasting difference. Swipe through the carousel to explore some of our favorite takeaways from the discussion.

We're grateful to everyone who could join us, and would like to extend a special thank you to our moderator, Neva Cochran, and panelists Dr. Ronna Roberts, Dr. Caterine Tudor-Locke and Dr. Kendra Seaman for sharing their expertise and insights.

Interested in learning more about the Charles C. Sprague Sage Society and how they're helping advance conversations around healthy aging? Visit https://loom.ly/eGYtpGg for more information on how to get involved.
