✅June 20-24, Monday through Friday, from 10am to 3pm

✅July 11-15, Monday through Friday, from 10am to 3pm

✅July 25-29, Monday through Friday, from 10am to 3pm

MEMBER FEE: $299
NON MEMBER FEE: $399

$50 discount for each friend or sibling you bring along with you!

Tons of fun, learn self-defense skills, ninja obstacle course games and many other fun things where the young ones learn while playing. We also implement our unique Animal Movement Methodology to create incredible agility and balance. We are excited to announce Lucas Pinheiro will be teaching a 2 hour nogi seminar at 5 Elements Studio this Sunday May 9th at 10.30am.

For those of you familiar with the world of Jiu-Jitsu competition at the highest levels you don't need me to introduce him to you. For those of you not so familiar, he is at the top of the rankings worldwide in multiple weight divisions:

I will highly encourage anyone interested in improving their Jiu-Jitsu to come learn from one of the best grapplers in the world.
