We're thrilled to announce that Robert McLeod has been promoted to Vice President of Operations at TSG.

With more than 30 years of experience with McAlister’s Deli, Robert began his career as a Team Member in 1992 and quickly advanced into leadership roles, helping shape the brand’s early foundation and supporting the growth of both corporate and franchise locations.

Since joining TSG in 2008 as a Regional Director, he has consistently driven strong performance, developed high-performing teams, and played a key role in building our leadership pipeline.

We've seen the impact that Robert's commitment to operational excellence and people development has made over the years, and we're excited for him to continue building on that in this next chapter of TSG's growth.

We are excited to share that Stephen Lee has been promoted to President, where he will lead TSG’s day-to-day operations. Stephen began his career as a Team Member in 1999 and served as Chief Operating Officer since 2020.

During his time as COO, Stephen has strengthened our operational foundation, developed leadership across the organization, and helped position us for scalable, long-term success. As President, he will focus on executing a disciplined growth strategy while continuing to elevate performance across the business.

We’re excited for what’s ahead under Stephen’s leadership and are proud to have him guiding this next chapter as we continue to grow and build on the strong foundation he’s helped create.

As part of this transition, Adam and Matt Saxton will step away from their roles as co-CEOs. The Saxton family has built an exceptional company rooted in strong Values, a culture that puts People at the heart of everything we do, and a commitment to being the best. Their leadership and vision have created a foundation that enables us to confidently pursue the opportunities ahead. We are forever grateful for their leadership and contribution to all our success.

Exciting updates from The Saxton Group! Our Midwest City, OK McAlister's Deli recently completed a remodel!

We're incredibly thankful to our operations and development teams for their hard work - and to the Midwest City community for their continued support.

Yesterday, all 77 of our McAlister's Deli locations collectively celebrated one of our favorite traditions - Free Tea Day.

We may be spread across three different states, but the same spirit fills every single restaurant, especially on Free Tea Day. It’s not just a tradition, it’s a reminder of what unites us. No matter where we are, each of our restaurants stands for the same thing: great people, genuine hospitality, and a shared culture at The Saxton Group that ties it all together.

Thank you to our teams who brought that to life yesterday! Same tea. Same heart. 77 strong.

Today, we celebrate an incredible milestone - 25 years with The Saxton Group for our Chief Information Officer, Michael Bambach.

Michael started with The Saxton Group at 17 years old in June 2000 as a Sandwich Maker at one of our earliest McAlister's Deli locations. He quickly rose through the ranks becoming an Assistant Manager, Opening Team Leader, and later, our first Technical Support & Systems Administrator.

As our company grew, so did Michael’s impact. In 2004 he received the Team Player Award, in 2006 he became Director of IT, was promoted to Vice President of IT in 2017, and named CIO in 2022. Along the way, he started a family, helped open numerous locations, and worked on major tech projects for McAlister’s. He even earned two McAlister’s Deli Innovation Awards for his contributions.

Michael’s journey is a testament to his commitment, leadership, vision, and impact. We are grateful to have grown with Michael and are lucky to have him on our team to continue leading the way forward. Thank you for 25 years! 🎉
