Body recomposition can be so demotivating sometimes as the scale stays the same. But I can FEEL the differences. And you can see the difference in my pants size dropping, my stomach "shelf" disappearing in my shirts. I can feel it in how much easier it is to walk the 1.5mi to work, (without stopping!). I can see it in my resting heart rate being 70bpm when it used to be 85.

Just gotta Trust the process!

Because of my Neurodivergence, I sometimes get in a mindset where I'm just SICK of food. Sick of thinking about food, sick of planning it, sick of cooking it, Sick of EATING it! It makes meal planning nearly impossible and during these times I would normally just not eat until I couldn't take the hunger anymore and grabbed whatever I found first to make the hunger pain stop. VERY unhealthy.b

This week, I feel the same HOWEVER I planned it out so that I don't have to think, I don't have to cook, I don't have to plan anything out, it's all done. This is what I ate yesterday. It's all prepackaged, processed blah blah blah I'm not focusing on that. I need lower carb (I'm diabetic, not on Keto) and higher protein though I don't THINK this actually meets my protein goals. I eat 200-300 cals every 2-2.5 hours. I usually eat 6 times a day to achieve that. Yesterday I wasnt as hungry in the morning and was hungrier at night and the calories definitely reflect that

Non Scale Victory!
Something I noticed Sunday is I can now go up Both flights of stairs to my apartment WITHOUT STOPPING. 🎉🎉🎉🎉

I HAD gotten to the point where I had to stop at a flight and a half, take a break to catch my breath and then finish going up.

I am going to keep working on this. The Arthritis in my knees makes it harder than it should be at my age. (Ive had pretty bad grinding in my knees since I was about 22. It's only gotten worse with age)
