Join us for a drop-in group ride at Northshore Trail! Drop-in rides are the perfect opportunity to get a guided trail tour, meet fellow MTB enthusiasts, and have fun doing what we all love.

Rides are open to all ages and skill levels. We’ll break into beginner and intermediate groups based on skill level and pace, so no one gets left behind and everyone has a great time.

Know Northshore well? Volunteer as a Ride Lead or Sweep and help make the ride great for everyone.

Save time at check-in and sign the waiver online before you arrive, just put “Drop In” as the event name.

🎂 It's OCNP's birthday and you're invited to the party!

DORBA and Texas land Conservancy are teaming up to celebrate Oak Cliff Nature Preserve with a free drop-in group ride on Saturday, May 16th. Whether you've been riding OCNP for years or you've never clipped in on a trail, this is the morning to show up.

We'll kick things off with Summer Moon coffee and free pre-ride bike checks from a local shop, then head out on guided no-drop rides for beginner and intermediate riders. Nobody gets left behind. The trail steward will give a short welcome and introduction to the preserve before we roll. We'll wrap up the celebration with lunch.

09:00 am - Event Start - Pre-ride bike checks

11:30 am - Lunch

Help Tell the Story of DORBA Trails
DORBA is looking to add a Volunteer Social Media Coordinator to help share the incredible work happening across our 275+ miles of North Texas trails.
*Must be an active DORBA member.
Every week volunteers are:
• repairing trails
• building features
• clearing trees
• hosting workdays
• helping grow the trail community
We’re looking for someone who enjoys posting photos, short videos, and trail updates to help highlight this work.

⏱ Time commitment: about 1-3 hours per week
You don’t need to be a professional — just someone who enjoys the trails and wants to help showcase the amazing volunteers behind them.
This role helps:
• recognize Trail Stewards and volunteers
• recruit new volunteers
• highlight the impact of DORBA across the region
