Alliance/AFT is the consultation organization chair for all non-administrative Dallas ISD employees. Employees democratically elected Alliance/AFT to this position over 10 years ago. Since that time, significant improvements have been negotiated for Dallas ISD teachers and school employees. Examples of negotiated improvements:
