Eight years ago, I said yes! Not knowing every season we would walk through, but trusting the love we were building and the foundation beneath us.
People often ask me to be honest about marriage, and the truth is this: these have been the best eight years of my life. Not because they were easy (they weren’t), but because we chose each other every single day. And truthfully, there have been far more good days than hard ones. Those are the days I find myself reminiscing on…the laughter, the quiet moments, the life we’ve built together. And the hard days? Those are the ones we look back on, learn from, and use to build a stronger future.
We’ve faced moments that could’ve broken us, yet we fought for one another. When we placed God at the center of our marriage, everything shifted. What we couldn’t fix in our own strength, He healed. What felt heavy, He carried. What felt uncertain, He ordered.
Through it all, I see that the man I married eight years ago is not the man I’m married to today and that is the most beautiful part of it all. Watching you grow into the husband you are and the father you’ve become has been one of the greatest gifts of my life. You inspire me daily by the way you love and show up for our family.
You have loved me through joy and through brokenness. You have stayed, prayed, and stood firm. Thank you for choosing me, for choosing us, and for choosing God over and over again.
Eight years have flown by, and the rest of my life still doesn’t feel long enough. I choose you today and for eternity.

There’s a different kind of confidence that comes when you’re clear on who you are and what you’re called to do. It’s not loud. It’s not performative. It’s rooted.
For a long time, I thought I had to prove myself, to meet expectations, hustle harder, please people, fit into boxes that were never meant for me. But clarity has a way of stripping all that away.
Now I lead from a place of alignment, not approval. I’ve learned to quiet the noise and tune into the voice that matters most…God’s. And when that becomes your anchor, you stop shrinking. You stop doubting. You start showing up with real power, even in the middle of uncertainty.
Whether it’s business, faith, family, or personal growth, clarity creates momentum. And momentum doesn’t need to be fast, it just needs to be intentional.
So if you’re in a season of refining, becoming, or rediscovering who you really are: keep going. Let go of what no longer fits. You’re not lost, you’re just being aligned.
