I am so glad that the dangers of mold are getting the media coverage they deserve. I have been researching the subject for nearly a year, and I have found that many of my client’s mental and physical health issues have roots in toxic mold exposure. As clinicians, we are doing our clients a grave disservice if we are simply treating symptoms and not looking for the root cause of the issue at hand. It saddens me that so many people are hastily given medication for an issue that can be treated through lifestyle changes. Get unfiltered sunlight daily, eat organic, nutrient dense, whole foods, move your body every day, get tested for food sensitivities and mineral deficiencies, limit your screen time, learn how to breathe correctly, prioritize rest.
