There's nothing better than seeing a young filmmaker realize their story matters.

Every year, we meet talented students with incredible ideas, but many don't have access to the equipment, training, or resources needed to bring those ideas to life.

That's why we're excited to introduce Creative Pathways Grants, an initiative designed to help young storytellers access the tools, education, and opportunities they need to continue growing as filmmakers.

When we invest in young creators, we're investing in the future of storytelling.

Every story begins with someone who decides their voice deserves to be heard.

Film has the power to spark empathy, challenge perspectives, preserve history, and help us understand experiences beyond our own. That's why we're committed to creating spaces where young filmmakers can tell the stories only they can tell.

Whether it's your first screenplay, your first documentary, or your first short film, your perspective has value.

As we head into summer, we're taking a moment to reflect on this year's OK2BX Film Festival and the incredible community that made it so special.

This year's festival brought together storytellers, filmmakers, families, and advocates who believe in the power of kindness, acceptance, and representation. From thought-provoking films to meaningful conversations, we're grateful for everyone who joined us and helped create such an inspiring event.

While the festival may be behind us, the stories and connections continue to make an impact.

As you enjoy the summer months ahead, we encourage you to keep creating. Write that script you've been thinking about. Pick up a camera. Tell a story that matters to you. You never know where it might lead.

We're already excited for what's ahead and can't wait to see what next year's filmmakers bring to the screen.
