Stride KIDZ Running Club is dedicated to empowering youth to become healthy and confident leaders, and to create healthier communities by promoting an active lifestyle through running and healthy living. The Sole KIDZ program is a fun, flexible and family-based running program designed to get kids in the community active. Based in Kennesaw, GA, the mission of Sole KIDZ is to help kids develop self confidence and a healthy lifestyle through running and exercise.
Good Evening Familiez.
We’ve been working with the park and watching the weather. So far it’s only been raining but the forecast for tonight has just changed to thunderstorms starting at about 5:30 and not ending until after 7.
For safety, we need to cancel tonight’s practice.
Please do everything you can to get your KIDZ to keep moving tonight. Treadmills or a trip to the gym are highly suggested.
We will see you all Thursday night.
