We are having a severe problem with water leaks not being reported at 1000 Grigsby. We need tenants to be vigilant in reporting any water leaks, no matter how small. Just one toilet running constantly in the complex can use up to 3,400 gallons per day. I am attaching photos of the bill from February and this past month, so that all of you can see the major difference. We have found some water leaks and running toilets but need tenants help as well to report these problems as soon as they happen. We will be implementing allocated billing for the water due to the water waste at this particular property. This means that at the time of lease renewal all tenants will be paying the water bill. For this past month that would have been roughly $174.34 per apartment. Under normal operating conditions and water usage it would be approximately $22 per month.
