TODAY on a Saturday, our team negotiated a lease agreement for a single mother of three. With 889 properties in our network, we are committed to fostering RESIDENTIAL EMPOWERMENT. Our partnership with Solaire Apartments enabled us to broker for housing with this client and their staff was so considerate🥰🥉 Flex Funds allows us to provide $2500 in Housing Navigation Funding to each client, while landlords are offered $750 as a leasing incentive. Upon lease ex*****on and successful transition out of homelessness, clients receive new furniture courtesy of Furniture One. Property owners interested in partnering with us to create community housing are invited to email [email protected].

As of 4:15 PM, the entirety of this day has been spent serving others and the impact is real:

• A single mother with three children moved into her new home and will have new Furniture Next week thanks to sponsorship from Furniture One!
• A client who spent 30 years in TDCJ is now moving into his own residence after we successfully negotiated a lease
• Through a partnership with Ashley Apartments, a mother experiencing homelessness with her 4-year-old now has stable housing to support her new work-from-home position
• We’ve secured $11,546 in funding this month through Housing Forward to support housing navigation
• A single mother with a 5 year old son moved picked up her keys TODAY and will have new Furniture Next week thanks to sponsorship from Furniture One!
• A client who was no longer able to live with a relative received her approval for her home in 24 hours and was able to move-in with a letter of commitment that funds will come.

And we’re not done.

We still have days left, and our goal is to ensure 5 more families receive residential empowerment and stability.
