Good evening everyone. I have a question. Who grew up, or currently lives within the boundaries of O.C.T.W.R., and on which street. The current boundaries are,

1) Ann Arbor -North
2) Loop 12 / Ledbetter -South
3) Cranfill - East
4) Sunnyvale -West

I would like to thank everyone for visiting O.C.T. website and page. We are just getting started! I would like to share with you one of our primary goals as we start this journey. One of our primary goals as we approach this infant stage of O.C.T. is not to find volunteers but to find "INVESTORS". These are people who are willing to invest their time, their talents, and their treasure. Heroic acts will not be demanded on anyone, just looking for people who have a mind to work.
