Thank you to Metropolitan Dallas Alumnae Chapter - Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. & Kinnect Wellness Network for having me as one of the guest panelist for the "Finding Hope in Darkness" event on yesterday. I had an amazing time and could feel the impact in the room. It is truly an honor to be able to take part in efforts towards breaking the stigma around mental health in our community.
