They want to build a city for 20,000 people. Sound familiar?

Last year, EPIC City near Dallas tried something similar. Result? Multiple investigations, federal probes, new state laws, and it's STILL not built.

Now SEE Holding wants approval for THREE water districts in Kaufman County.
The questions everyone's asking:
💧 Where's the water coming from?
💰 Who's paying for roads, schools, hospitals?
🏘️ Is this really "for everyone" or is there more to the story?
🤐 Why the secrecy?
