The specific location is St. Rita and 77 Western in Chicago. You want less gun crime? Clean up the streets. Clean up the gangs.

Keep in mind that affordability increased at the beginning of the pandemic, so the impact of rising rates is more of a 'return to normal' -- but this is still pretty wild, and going to price many people out of the housing market. I believe the market will start to cool over the coming months, which is very much needed.

Wait a minute, is the state of Ukraine having an NFL Draft too?! Oh wait, no. That’s Americans hoisting Ukrainian flags at a NATIONAL AMERICAN EVENT — why isn’t it American flags? To be clear, I feel for the people of Ukraine, but the never ending funding of THEIR war, their corrupt government, and politicians is enough for me to call out this insanity. We have our own problems in America, why is Congress and Biden trying to send billions upon billions of dollars when we can’t even fix our own problems?! If you stand with Ukraine, good. Send them your money or go fight for them. Stop promoting the idiotic notion that American taxpayer dollars should be funding a foreign war.
