Welcoming our new Marketing Coordinator, Zoe Hubbard!

Zoe graduated from the University of Arkansas with a B.A. in Advertising and Public Relations and has since been building her marketing career in Dallas, bringing experience in consulting for start-ups and coordinating marketing campaigns.

Her specialties include creative campaign development, strategic marketing, and graphic design. At DSGN, Zoe develops our RFQ/RFP packages in pursuit of new projects, manages our social media platforms, and produces marketing collateral that supports the firm’s outreach, nominations, and project pursuits.

Highlighting one of our past addition renovation projects: Churchill Recreation Center in North Dallas

This 4,480-square-foot expansion introduced multi-purpose rooms, a workout center, new locker and shower facilities, and expanded courtyard and parking space. Our founding principal, Bob Meckfessel's, design seamlessly complemented the existing building and surrounding landscape.

The project incorporates a range of sustainable features—balanced daylighting, high-efficiency lighting, regional materials, native and non-invasive landscaping, a highly reflective roof, and low-flow plumbing fixtures.

Churchill Recreation Center continues to serve its community more than 25 years after its original construction and over a decade after DSGN's contributions.
