Grief support isn’t one-size-fits-all.
Both grief coaching and therapy offer compassion, validation, and space to heal, but they serve different purposes. Coaching is often future-focused and skills-based, while therapy can go deeper into diagnosis, trauma, and mental health treatment. Neither is better. The right fit depends on your needs and where you are in your grief. 💛

Grief is not something to fix, rush, or get over.
It is a natural response to loss, change, and the things that mattered deeply to us. Grief does not follow a timeline, and it rarely looks the way we expect it to.
You can grieve a person, a relationship, a season of life, a future you hoped for, or a version of yourself that no longer exists. Grief can show up as sadness, anger, numbness, anxiety, exhaustion, or even moments of relief.
If you have ever wondered whether what you are feeling “counts” as grief, this is your reminder that it does.
You are not doing grief wrong. And you do not have to carry it alone.

Therapy isn’t about being fixed, judged, or having the right words.
It’s about support, honesty, and showing up as you are.
You don’t have to be in crisis to begin.
If this resonates, therapy might be a gentle next step.✨
