🚨BREAKING: A registered s*x offender and city employee in Syracuse was arrested on new child s*x crimes after Democrat-run city officials banned asking job applicants about criminal history.
James DeSantis, a Level 3 s*x offender with prior convictions in 2005 and 2024 for child s*x crimes, is now facing 11 new charges for allegedly attempting to r**e a 12-year-old girl and threatening her with a gun.
He was hired in 2017 under former Democrat Mayor Stephanie Miner’s administration and later promoted. The city did not run a background check on him due to the “Ban the Box” law passed in 2014 that restricted inquiring about criminal history.
