Seeded Skin

I don’t play about bruising or damaging the skin.

If I’ve done my part on prep and given it a couple of try’s and still no progress then I have to move on.

It’s also good to know that not every pimple you have will easily come out during extractions. Once you’re consistent with your regimen and follow up treatments it makes a huge difference in your skin and extractions much easier.

Everything takes time.

This is so far from the truth.

When it comes to acne you really need to proceed with caution. If your skin is red, inflamed, and hot to the touch the last thing you need to do is be aggressive.

Think about what you do when you come to a red light or stop sign. You begin to slow down before you come to a full stop. This is essentially what your skin is signaling you to do.

We need to slow down and access whats happening then slowly heal your skin barrier to reduce the inflammation then treat the acne. It’s all about the approach and being mindful and gentle throughout the process.

I’m always happy to share my knowledge but it’s always the sunscreen conversation that seems to be the most strenuous.
