what I eat in a day (realistically) I eat about 3times a day with 1 snack 🍳🥑🍓🥯🥦🥒🍠🥭🍽️
I don’t eat “perfect” I eat in a way that keeps me consistent.
• protein in every meal (eggs, chicken, yogurt)
• carbs for energy (fruit, sweet potato, bread)
• fats to stay full (avocado, nuts)
• snacks I actually enjoy so I don’t binge later
nothing extreme. nothing restrictive. just balanced.
this is how I’ve been able to stay lean, build muscle, and not feel like I’m “on a diet” 24/7
because the goal isn’t to eat perfect for a week…
it’s to build habits you can stick to for life
