In San Francisco [opening late 2026], The Malin will open at 100 Sansome Street in the Financial District, spanning 13,500 SF within a prime corner ground floor space. Special thanks to Kazuko Morgan at Cushman for her expert local partnership in securing this remarkable location.

In Irvine, [opening Summer 2026], the new location at 1980 Main Street is being developed in partnership with , introducing a first-of-its-kind joint membership offering within an 11,480 SF club within a club. Shout out to .subervi with Equinox for his partnership in finalizing this creative concept development and transaction.
