• Mature, responsible, emotionally layered
• A teen forced to grow up quickly while caring for his younger sister
• Strong emotional acting required

HAYLEY (SUPPORTING)
• Female, Black/African American
• Age Range: 10–13 (or older who can play younger)
• Innocent, warm, and natural
• Must portray a strong sibling bond
