Our flesh is weak. It wants; it hates; it fears; it tries to destroy us. But we were created to live, serve in Truth, and be free of all chains.

Our Spirit - a gift from The Most High - is always warring w/ our flesh. Suffocate your flesh and grow your Spirit inch by inch, minute by minute, one decision at a time. Don’t be overwhelmed with the ultimate goal of where you want to be. Instead, use that aspiration to pay close attention to how you feel. If you have a feeling to isolate yourself and pray, do something, or give something ——— do it. Trust it.

“All things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are called according to His purpose.” - Romans 8:28

It can be challenging at first, but like anything else, a relationship with our Creator takes practice. And it’s He, and only He, who can save us from the perils of this world and things to come. Understand that He’s already given you authority over every temptation, emotion, and evil thing ——— don’t hold yourself back from true freedom. Take what’s yours.
