Good morning. Are you following along this week? I feel like this week's journey has awakened me. Many people say that our Indigenous cultures 'resonate' with them but admiration and imitation are empty without a real respect and honest understanding of our ways of knowing. I was taught to share and to you I pass the responsibility of learning. So if you choose to follow us or imitate us, I ask that you do it in the most honest and kindest of ways. Good intentions will get you everywhere and Good Mind is a gentle way of being.

In general, many Indigenous cultures walk alongside of and in co-operation with 'Creation'. Creation is all living things together; it is understanding that the natural world is our family. If you choose to follow along this honest and organic path with me, you may find some fulfillment that you had forgotten about in this world of 'things', 'materials' and 'schedules'.

This is not organized religion and I ask you not to bring your religion to this conversation. Words like 'blessed be', 'blessed', 'amen' can be very triggering for some Indigenous viewers and they are not welcome on my page. Use your own words - words that are encouraging, holistic, inclusive, open and honest - those are the only words allowed on this page. I will appreciate that very much.
