“Updated estimate attached, changed countertop to replace.



No matching requirements for other countertops per policy. Tile floor was discussed while on site, no coverage for a preexisting crack to tile floor. Tile floor in breakfast nook area already has a repair. Kitchen cabinets, see line item #11 - Additional labor to detach existing cabinet faces and install on new base cabinet box. – reusing faces, not replacing faces so no matching issues should occur. Again, no matching requirements for other cabinets per policy.”

So let’s get this straight. Allstate doesn’t care if your countertops and cabinets match. IN YOUR KITCHEN. Is this what you want from your insurance company? I didn’t think so.
