Joyce W. Lindauer Attorney, PLLC is seeking a Consumer Bankruptcy Paralegal to assist the attorneys in our downtown Dallas office. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years experience working with Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases, with basic litigation experience a plus.
Duties include document preparation, case input, client consultation and general office work. Must be able to handle a fast-paced work environment. Outstanding attendance, punctuality and deadline management are required.
