It is currently a sellers market, so you can negotiate a leaseback after sale which allows you to stay in the home for a certain period of time after the sell, but the market is moving quickly to where contract to close is 30 days at max in most situations. This means as soon as you accept an offer you are on the clock and want to make sure that you have your next plan settled.
