A quick look at what we've been up to in the design studio lately!

Our studio currently has 17 active projects in motion, with work happening across design, documentation, purchasing, installation, and construction administration.

The current project mix includes 71% multifamily and 29% student housing, along with build-to-rent and boarding home work.

We also have 6 out-of-state projects and 7 proposals currently out.

A full pipeline, a growing reach, and a lot of thoughtful design work to share ahead.

At Alpine Creekside, we designed every apartment to feel warm and effortlessly livable. Clean architectural lines are softened by natural textures, earthy tones, woven accents, and thoughtfully curated details that make each space feel elevated while still deeply comfortable.

Inspired by the energy and character of Cincinnati, The Vanguard brings together industrial details and bold contemporary art to create a student living experience with a strong sense of place.

Exposed brick, concrete, black metal fixtures, and saturated pops of color give the spaces a dynamic feel while supporting the way students live day to day.
