🚨 Big win for food truck lovers AND Escobear Shaved Ice fans across Texas! 🚨

Something amazing just happened at the Texas Capitol — the Food Truck Freedom Bill (HB2844) has officially passed the Legislature and is on its way to the Governor’s desk! 🙌

So what does that mean for us and other mobile food businesses?

🍧 One statewide license = less paperwork, more time serving YOU

🏙️ No more jumping through hoops in every new city and county

🛻 Easier access to more communities across Texas

This legislation gives food trucks the freedom to grow, thrive, and roll into new towns without outdated restrictions holding us back. If signed, parts of the law will go into effect on September 1, 2025, with the rest by July 1, 2026.

This is a HUGE step forward for small businesses like ours, and it wouldn’t have happened without our followers who signed the petition and some incredible folks in the food truck community.
