Rachel Lamb
Honoring my mom, was one of the hardest and most sacred moments of my life.
She was the strongest woman I’ve ever known, fearless in her faith, unwavering in her love for people, and completely surrendered to Jesus. Even while facing her own battles, my mom’s greatest passion was seeing people come to Jesus. She never stopped sharing the Gospel, fighting for truth, and reminding people that there is hope in Jesus.
There will never be words for how deeply I’m going to miss her, but I’m forever grateful for the life she lived and the legacy she leaves behind.
These are some of the heartfelt words I shared as I had the honor of celebrating and honoring my mom one last time. ❤️

FIRST LADY MELANIA TRUMP RESPONDS TO JIMMY KIMMEL
Following Jimmy Kimmel’s monologue at the fake White House Correspondents’ Dinner, where he joked that Mrs. Trump had “a glow like an expectant widow”, the First Lady is speaking out.
Her statement:
“Kimmel’s hateful and violent rhetoric is intended to divide our country... People like Kimmel shouldn’t have the opportunity to enter our homes each evening to spread hate.”
She is now calling on ABC to take action. What are your thoughts on this?
I didn’t understand it at first. Why running felt like oxygen. Why lifting made me feel strong again, like I had something to hold onto when everything else felt shaky.
Now I know. Consistent, rhythmic movement—like running, swimming, lifting—actually mimics the same left-to-right brain stimulation that happens during EMDR therapy.
It’s not just physical. It’s neurological. It helps your brain reprocess stress, trauma, pain without you even realizing it.
Movement became my medicine. It wasn’t just about getting fit. It was about getting free. The motion helped me find clarity when my thoughts were too loud, and strength when I felt powerless.
My body knew what my brain was still catching up to:
Healing can start with one step forward. 💪🏼
