Recovery is a science. Learning about that science can be very confusing to people, from post workout, to long term recovery, and nutrition it can be overwhelming. However here are some tips for starting off with the basics the right way.
When working with clients a great way to separate yourself as a trainer is giving the client a individualized lift made to work on their individual problem. Variety will help solve boredom with the lift and give better results! Ranging from movement based exercise, to isolated lifts or weight lifting, to stretching, there is an importance to each and part of being a great trainer is realizing what your client needs!
