Bishop Michael Olson designated 11 parishes in the Diocese of Fort Worth as pilgrimage sites during the Jubilee Year in honor of the 800th anniversary of St. Francis’ death.
The eleven parishes are:
St. Francis of Assisi Parish, Grapevine
Saint Francis of Assisi Parish, Graford
Good Shepherd Catholic Community, Colleyville
Holy Cross Catholic Church, The Colony
Holy Trinity Parish, Azle
Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, Arlington
Our Lady of Guadalupe, Fort Worth
Saint Andrew Catholic Church, Fort Worth
St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, Carrollton, Texas
St. John Paul II University Parish, Denton
St. Thomas The Apostle Catholic Church, Fort Worth

For the first time ever, Catholics are holding a worldwide Marian and Eucharistic procession.
On June 13, the feast of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, thousands will unite in prayer for peace.
According to the organizers, over 150 parishes across 6 continents are already preparing to participate, along with major Marian shrines including Fatima, Lourdes, Knock, and others.
