I am not going to lie. I may have cried after seeing my sweet . Those “Oprah ugly tears” of joy- I was so moved. Still so moved.
This season of expansion is showing me the beauty of BEing in friendships that fuel and inspire my soul. Seeing sweet Trish was like seeing a peace (pun intended) of my heart outside my chest. Thank you for today!

What is no longer for your highest good will be surrendered or snatched in order to make space for the new to make way. Our part in it is to be still, pray, meditate, and obey the message.
For those who cringe at the word “prayer”, -mindful thoughts, words, and actions that are in alignment with your HIGHEST TRUTH. There are many pathways to Spirit, though the truest easiest pathway is to ask. Accept that Spirit does have “return receipt” for your prayers, intentions, and affirmations. they will be answered based on Spirit’s | The Universe | God | Higher Self’s priority list for you. The answers can be :
1. Yes
2. WAIT. Be Patient. (🙄)
3. Nah, I got something bigger and better.

I encourage you to be big and bold in your prayers, intentions, and affirmations today. What are your heart’s desires? Are you bold to ask and take inspired action to materialize your heart’s desires? Most importantly, how will you act when your prayers are answered? YOU may be the answer to someone’s prayers. BE discerning and full of boundaries, compassion, kindness, and hope today.
