The biggest topic that my buyers want to discuss is normally interest rated. But here's some great news for buyers. Mortgage rates are moderating! While mortgage rates have risen dramatically this year, the rapid increases we’ve seen have moderated in recent weeks as early signs hint that inflation may be easing slightly.
Where they’ll go from here largely depends on what happens next with inflation. If inflation does truly begin to cool, mortgage rates may come down as a result.

Hotel Vin’s WineYard lawn has transformed into Winter Wonderland with 8 bubbles all decked out with après ski-lodge décor. Inside you’ll find fur blankets, heaters and the coziest ambiance perfect for date night or a fun holiday evening with friends!
THE DETAILS
There are 3 different ways to experience the bubbles at Hotel Vin and were breaking it all down:
Happy Hour Bar Bubble Experience: includes an hour of fun to enjoy house-made cheese fondue and a bottle of wine from 4 to 5pm for $150 per bubble.
Two-Hour Lounge Bubble Experience: includes two hours to sip on your bottle and share fondue with family and friends with your choice of a 5:30pm or 8pm time slot for $275 per bubble.
Full Dining Bubble Experience: seasonally inspired three-course dinner, fondue, bottle of wine and two hours to enjoy your bubble. Choose a 5:30pm or 8pm time slot for $150 per person.
HOURS + RESERVATIONS
The Après Ski inspired bubbles are available Wednesday-Sunday 4pm-10pm and reservations are required. Head to the link in ’ bio and make your reservation via Resy.
