There is a beautiful, quiet weight to conjuring an idea out of thin air and putting it into the body. We show up to ground ourselves, to reach for ancestral grace, and to push past what we thought our bodies could do.
✨The best part of the process? The collective joy. We take the art seriously, but we never take ourselves too seriously. There is nothing quite like having a room full of beautiful souls that see your vision before you explain it, breathing through the moves in unison when the music begins!
