CINNAMON ROLL BAKED OATS🤤✨
Woke up Saturday morning to the best breakfast made by NEEDED to share this recipe because it was delicious and packed with protein.

Baked Oats Ingredients:
½ cup oats (blended into powder)
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
½ scoop protein powder (i just used vanilla!) **my FAV protein powder is 1st Phorm’s Phormula One Whey!**
⅓ cup milk (recipe seems to work best with actual milk instead of an alternative, but just cook it longer if you use almond milk!)
¼ tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp maple syrup
⅛ tsp salt
Glaze/Icing Ingredients:
1 tbsp cream cheese
2 tbsp greek yogurt
1-2 tbsp milk for thinner consistency
½ scoop protein powder
Blend baked oats ingredients together and pour into an oven safe ramieken or baking dish - Bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes! Grease dish before pouring
Combine glaze ingredients together in a bowl and use on top of baked oats!
Serving; (will vary depending on exact ingredients you choose to use)
