Walter’s Kitchen began as a passion project by Walter Portillo after 30 years of experience and 7 years as a General Manager for a nationally recognized fusion restaurant. Walter developed a love for multicultural cuisines throughout his career and as Head Chef and Owner, he crafted a selection of some of the world’s best dishes that represent his diverse experience as an American Chef.
