A question I get a lot is, why would I try a virtual breathwork when I can go in person?

Convenience: The Embody Edit makes virtual breathwork classes available anywhere at any time in comfort of your own home, if you just aren’t feeling making the full drive to a studio. A lot of times we don't wanna be around people doing the work, or we simply don't have the time. This makes it easier to fit breathwork into your schedule.

Access: The Embody Edit virtual classes give you access to a wide range of breathwork techniques and styles. What's so great is you can tailor your experience to what you want at any time of the day or night on your phone, laptop, or iPad.

Flexibility: The Embody Edit virtual classes offer more flexibility when it comes to scheduling. We have a large and growing pre-recorded on demand library of classes, allowing you to practice at your own pace and on your own schedule. In the next few weeks we'll be offering more live classes that are recorded and watched later if you're unable to attend in real-time.

Cost-effective: Our virtual classes for the month are more affordable than in-person classes, making it more attainable for you to take more classes and make breathwork a more regular practice.

Comfort: Sometimes being in your own space can help you feel more relaxed and comfortable during your breathwork practice, which can totally enhance the overall benefits. Some days we just don't wanna be around more people and hey I get that, that's why we're here.
