R&R Machine Works is looking for a dependable, self-motivated **Maintenance Technician** to join our team.

This position is responsible for helping maintain our shop, facilities, and equipment to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

General facility maintenance and repairs
Basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs
Plumbing maintenance and repairs
Shop and grounds upkeep
Preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery
Assist with general shop projects and support as needed
Maintain a safe and organized work environment

✔ Experience with electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance work
✔ Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
✔ Basic mechanical aptitude and knowledge of hand/power tools
✔ Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious
✔ Ability to lift, climb, and perform physical work as needed
